Once the loan request is received, I create a term sheet with various rates, terms, and amortization options, which I then present to the borrower. We sit down together to review these choices and calculate payments as part of the services offered by Legacy Ag. Once the borrower selects an option, we proceed with the application process and financial documentation collection. As the relationship manager, I continue to work directly with the client after the loan closes. Depending on the loan type, I manage updated financials, assist with payments, and address any loan-related issues. My aim is to streamline this process on behalf of the borrower, allowing them to focus on their business operations.
